Dennis McNett x Vans J-Lay Mid
This pair, designed by the artist Dennis McNett, features a black leather upper with tan wood carving details. It is strange, to say the least, but the unusual design is not something that should discourage us from picking these, quite the contrary.
The point of this mysterious creation is exploring the fluid nature of human fortune. The fine, flowing design of suggests the best course for the philosopher: flow with the currents, fly with the winds, don’t look back, and don’t have regrets.
On the whole, the artist seems to have a pessimistic outlook on life and existence. But given all the troubles that the world is going through these days, what justification do we have for blaming him?
