


Another nice sneaker for winter, this Nike Dunk High Premium features a comination of dark nubuck, gold dust leather and a houndstooth fabric on the side panels. We have seen houndstooth material used effectively in a lot of sneakers this year. This fabric is normally reserved for coats and hats.

This weekend, the Reebok “Leaders 1354 Jam” will be released. These shoes are a collaboration with Chicago shop Leaders 1354 on the Reverse Jam.
These sneakers are inspired by the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) train system. The colored train lines are represented with the speckles - red, blue, green, yellow, orange, purple, brown and pink.
The red and blue line trains run close to the store locations, inspiring the red and blue colorways. The transparent blue sole is said to represent Lake Michigan and a Chicago Transit map can be seen in it.
They’ll be releasing 75 pairs on Saturday at their North Side location as well as at their online store. Check out the Leaders 1354 for more details on the release party and more.

A Bathing Ape has created this new clean take on the BAPE Skullsta. These shoes differ slightly from the last release of the model with a couple small changes in the details.
The Skullsta features a beige rubber sole and toebox, along with a white upper. The star logo comes in five different colors - gold, silver, blue, black and white. You can get these shoes now at your local BAPE retailer. Via Hypebeast.

This weekend, Nike has two pairs of McDonald’s All-American themed sneakers being released - the Kevin Durant Nike Blue Chip and the Kobe Bryant Nike Hyperdunk.
These kicks feature each players high school jersey number, the player’s logo and other personal touches. The Blue Chip is done up in suede whle the Hyperdunk is patent.

Here’s another hot shoe from Nike Sportswear. These Air Max 1’s are celebrating the success of Asian actor and singer Jay Choi, owner of the PHANTACi store in Taiwan.
This shoe, which is called “The Grand”, is inspired form a grand piano. These sneakers offer a smooth, clean white upper complemented with black patent and gold leather details. The Swoosh, sole and inner ankle lining are a hot pink.
Also in the pack is a leather jacket, which is created from high quality leather featuring images of piano keys. As of yet, There’s no date on when these will hit the shelves. Via Sneaker News/Kenlu.

Here’s another fresh pack of Nike Dunks. These shoes - dubbed the Spark Pack - feature three Dunk Hi Supremes in black, green or red.
These sneakers feature gradient fading color that starts out as dark on the back of the shoe and fades to white at the toe. This type of ombre shading is popular in women’s fashions, including handbag, pumps and other clothes.

To celebrate Michael Jordan’s sixth NBA Championship with the Chicago Bulls 10 years ago, Jordan Brand has created the Championship Pack Air Jordan Six Rings.
These sneakers feature a white, wheat, varsity red and midnight navy colorway. Graphics on the shoe included silhouettes and words that read “The Shot”, “MVP”, “‘98″, and other aspects of Michael Jordan’s legendary career.
The Championship Pack Six Rings is scheduled to release in early 2009, but VMV has a few sizes available right now for $200 a pair. Via Sneaker Files.

Top pro Jerry Hsu has hooked up with enjoi Skateboards on this black sneaker. This new model of the Hsu pro model features enjoi’s trademark pandas on the collar and insoles.
The perforations used on the toe box and side panels are a nice touch. You can get these sneakers at select Emerica retailers. Via Hypebeast.

Here’s another version of the Vans Chukka Low that will certainly garner some attention. This one features a black suede upper complemented with a gum sole.
These shoes look like a great additon for fall. If you like simplicity and style, these kicks are a good choice. You can get them at Vans retailers around the country for $50 a pair. Via Vans.

Suede shoes are popular choice for fall and here’s another one from Vulcan. These shoes - the Half Mid Suede - look sort of like a Chukka. They feature an all suede upper and white sole.
One cool thing is that there’s no branding on the exterior, which keeps them simple and clean. They come in four colorways - black/brown (best choice in my opinion), brown/green (outdoorsy appeal), beige (the only light color) and green/purple (the most vibrant of the group).
