Check out this new Air Jordan Countdown pack. As has been the case, Jordan is releasing two generations that add up to the number 23. This time, the pack contains VII (7) and XVI (16).
The VII, which are known as Hare, feature a festive color scheme that includes colors such as white, yellow, green and bright red. The whole and feel of the shoes is old school from the late 1980s to the early 1990s. The other shoe in the pack is black and red XVI kicks. While these shoes are mostly shiny black, the red that is included stands out against the dark background.
These shoes will hit retailers this weekend on Saturday, June 21st. Via Hypebeast.

It’s another collaboration from Mita, Hectic and New Blance. It’s the twelth time these three have worked together on the MT580.
This time, the sneaker is dubbed “CMYK” and it’s easy to see why when you glance at these shoes. They use the classic CMYK colors in a vibrant combination. The shoe does also have some white accents on the sole, heel tab and side panels.
The fresh colors in this shoe make it prefect for summer. It’s expected to be released in Japan on July 5th. Via Altsnk.

Check out these kicks that will be released on June 21. These sneakers are part of the Black Label collection of all black shoes and apparel for A Bathing Ape. Bape has had a lot of slick releases in 2008 and this is another example.
The black-on-black color scheme works very well with the design of this shoe. Multiple shades and textures of black are used, including a bit of patent leather. The black-on-black star on the side of the shoe looks especially smooth. If you wanted to spice these kicks up, you could add colored laces. As is, these Bape sneakers should become one of the hottest shoes of the summer. Like the rest of the Black Label collection, these will only be available at Bapeclusive store in Aoyama, Japan for 16,590 Yen. Via Hypebeast.

Check out this version of the Nike Vandal over on Purchaze.
The Nike Vandal Hi Vintage comes in the Dark Obsidian/Taxi-Light Bone Colorway and a highly-underrated sneaker. Classic shape made of fresh dark obsidian canvas, yellow swoosh and white accents. Featuring a white/dark obsidian sole unit. Comes with a second pair of yellow laces!
The Nike Vandal basketball shoe came out in the mid 80´s - very close in design to the Air Force 1 at a time when the Air Force 1 was nearly impossible to find. They were one of the first all nylon upper high top basketball sneakers which meant they were not only more breathable than traditional leathers but also a good deal lighter.
I like the use of Taxi yellow in this colorway. It provides a nice contrast to the rest of the shoe. I’m a fan of the Vandal, so I think these are a cool choice. Get them right now at Purchaze for about $154 USD.

In tribute to the man who invented the game, James Naismith, comes the And1 Naismith Mid. This shoe isn’t intended to be worn on the court, but rather as a casual shoe off the court.
It’s simple classic style has an old school feel with a modern appeal. This shoe intends to pay respect to the heritage and tradition of basketball, but it’s still very wearable.
You can get these black and cream sneakers right now at the And1 online shop for just $65. Via And1.

Adidas is releasing another Gazelle pack and this one looks especially nice. If you like the comfort and dependability of Adidas but want shoes with a classy touch, these Gazelles are for you. Each of the three colorways exudes luxuriousness and style, using perforations to create their distinct looks.
The first colorway features a white on white look that utilizes a checkerboard to form its texture. Another white on white colorway in this Gazelle pack uses a polka dot theme. The shoe with the brown colorway, which is arguably the most stylish of all the colorways, also uses a checkerboard look. Via Streething. These will be available at adidas Originals shops across South East Asia and other retailers in the coming months.

Check out part two of the Blaze of Glory collaboration between Sneaker Freaker and Puma. This was a somewhat surprising collaboration when it was first announced and now they are releasing this black colorway of this shoe. It should be released to the public in the next few weeks. Look for these shoes at the Hanon Shop.
Although the most used color is black, it’s the aqua green that is the color that most stands out. The aqua green is on the laces, in the inner lining, on the midsole and bottom sole. Besides black and aqua green, there are a few reds and pink accents as well. I like this combination of colors and it should do well. Via Hypebeast.

You may have seen pictures of the Nike Air Woven Dragon Boat Festival last month, and now you can buy them at the Kix Files online shop.
These shoes take inspiration from the Dragon Boat Festival which took place on June 8th this year. This festival (dubbed Duen Ng) takes place on the fifth day of the fifth month of the Chinese calendar each year.
During the festival, people eat bamboo-wrapped dumplings can Zongzi. The green color of Zongzi is used in these shoes and the print of Zongzi and the Chinese symbol 端午节 is used on the insole.
I like the combination of green with the greys and white, but I’m still not a fan of the woven look.
Check out Kix Files for more details or to buy this Quickstrike model. They are priced at $175.00 USD.
