Nike Blue Chip – Brandon Roy PE
Although most people who think of the Portland Trail Blazers think first of Greg Oden, the best player on the team currently is likely Brandon Roy. Roy is a do-it-all guard who can play multiple positions and create from virtually any spot on the court. For those fans of Roy and the Blazers, check out the Nike Blue Chip which are Roy’s player edition.
It’s unknown whether these player edition sneakers will hit retail shops. If they do, they could end up a popular shoe in the Pacific Northwest. Using the Trail Blazers’ color scheme of red, black and white, these kicks have new school flavor with old school looks. Roy’s nickname of “B Roy” is on one side of the shoe, while his number (7) is on the other side. Via Sneaker News.

I’m loving these shoes, I even posted on my blog (http://aleksi.lepisto.com) about how I’ve managed to not buy them for almost 3 weeks. I found them on Eastbay, but they’re sold out in my size in white, but they do have the black/red/white ones.
Too bad B-roy said they break apart often.
