Patterned fabrics such as tweed, houndstooth, plaid and tartan are popular in fashion once again this season. The upcoming version of the Nike Air Max 1 features a patchwork of different colors of plaid, including red, brown, black and white.

The result is an interesting sneaker that has a lot of color, texture and flavor to it. The mudguard and Swoosh are in black leather, while the midsole is white. Look for these kicks at Nike retailers very soon. Via La MJC and Sneaker News.
