As Converse’s year-long collaboration project continues, here is #16 of 100 - the Ryan Lombardi Chuck Taylor.
Lombardi, a graduate of the Art Institute of Philadelphia, was inspired by Redwood trees (that live to be 100’s of years old) to create this unique colorway.
The shoes feature a red woodgrain look, black laces and a red stripe in the midsole. A Jack Purcell by this same artist will follow later as part of the 1Hund(Red) Artists series. Expect these Chuck Taylors out later this month at Converse retailers for $77. Via Complex.

Very tasty - buzzing to see the Jack P’ variation too. Wonder how much shipping to the UK would be?

Those shoes are like that I would rock those shoes anytime.
