Reebok “Leaders 1354 Jam”

Reebok “Leaders 1354 Jam” - #1

This weekend, the Reebok “Leaders 1354 Jam” will be released. These shoes are a collaboration with Chicago shop Leaders 1354 on the Reverse Jam.

These sneakers are inspired by the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) train system. The colored train lines are represented with the speckles - red, blue, green, yellow, orange, purple, brown and pink.

The red and blue line trains run close to the store locations, inspiring the red and blue colorways. The transparent blue sole is said to represent Lake Michigan and a Chicago Transit map can be seen in it.

They’ll be releasing 75 pairs on Saturday at their North Side location as well as at their online store. Check out the Leaders 1354 for more details on the release party and more.

Reebok x Maeda Timetanium V2.0

Reebok x Maeda Timetanium V2.0

Last year, many sneakerheads were excited by the original release of the Maeda Timetanium. In the next week, the second generation of these shoes will be released. Since these sneakers will be limited to only 300 pairs, be sure to jump at any chance you have to cop a pair.

The extreme gradient look on these sneakers is impressive. From the toe back to the heel, the shoe fades from a dark shoe to a shoe that uses light colors. The gradient is done at an angle, which gives these shoes an extra boost of energy. If you are looking for unique kicks for 2008, definitely check out this Reebok release. Look for these limited sneakers at The Good Will Out and other top accounts. Via High Snobiety.

Nike Air Woven Dragon Boat Festival

Nike Air Woven Dragon Boat Festival -#1

You may have seen pictures of the Nike Air Woven Dragon Boat Festival last month, and now you can buy them at the Kix Files online shop.

These shoes take inspiration from the Dragon Boat Festival which took place on June 8th this year. This festival (dubbed Duen Ng) takes place on the fifth day of the fifth month of the Chinese calendar each year.

During the festival, people eat bamboo-wrapped dumplings can Zongzi. The green color of Zongzi is used in these shoes and the print of Zongzi and the Chinese symbol 端午节 is used on the insole.

I like the combination of green with the greys and white, but I’m still not a fan of the woven look.

Check out Kix Files for more details or to buy this Quickstrike model. They are priced at $175.00 USD.

Reebok Dee Brown Pump D-Time

Reebok Dee Brown Pump D-Time #1

When Reebok re-released the Dee Brown Omni Lite Pump, it was met with much success. Therefore, they decide to apply the same style to the Pump D-Time.

This year marks the 15th anniversary of the Reebok Pump D-Time. This was the first signature shoe given to Dee Brown after winning the 1991 Slam Dunk Contest (in which he wore the Omni Lite). Dee Brown’s “no look” Dunk was heavily illustrated on the D-Time with even his signature logo being drawn from the silhouette of him covering his face.

Reebok Dee Brown Pump D-Time is individually numbered to 1993. You can find these at retailers, such as BNYCOnline for around $120. Via Nice Kicks.
