Nike Trash Talk Steve Nash PE Black/Orange

Nike Trash Talk Steve Nash PE Black/Orange

From the Nike Considered line comes this new colorway of the Steve Nash signature “Trash Talk” sneaker. This use of orange throughout this shoe make it a bold choice. There’s no word yet if this might be released at House of Hoops or other shops.

The Steve Nash Phoenix Suns colorway uses shoe laces and sockliners which use environmentally-preferred materials and is packaged in a fully recycled cardboard shoe box.

Nike Considered is the eco-conscious, sustainable line of shoes by Nike. The Nike Considered line utilizes materials found primarily within 200 miles of the Nike factory which reduces the energy used for transportation, diminishing the resulting climate change impact. The manufacturing process reduces solvent use by more than 80% compared with Nike’s typical products. The leather comes from a tannery that recycles wastewater to ensure toxins are kept out of the environment, and it is colored using vegetable-based dyes. Hemp and polyester are used to make the shoe’s woven upper and shoelaces. The midsole is cut to lock into the outer sole, reducing the need for toxic adhesives. The shoe’s outer sole includes rubber made from recycled factory rubber waste. It’s all part of Nike’s effort to “go green.”

Nike SB Bo Rod Hi

Nike SB Bo Rod Hi

Recently Nike SB released Tinker Hatfield’s design - the HAT ROD, and now here comes another shoe based on the P-Rod. This time it’s the BO ROD, designed by Sandy Bodecker.

This black hi top is decorated all over with white embroidery and other accents. The embroidered areas are very detailed. I’m not a big fan of embroidery on shoes … but if that’s your thing, these are very nice choice. The white on black is definitely eye-catching. You can grab a pair on LTD.

Nike Court Force High - Diamond Pack

Check out these futuristic looking kicks. These Nike Court Force Highs in the new Diamond Pack look like I thing out of a science fiction flick. The colors, textures and patterns used just aren’t seen in many shoes we see on a daily basis.

Basically, the color scheme consists of different shades of white, blue and gray. But you have to take a close look at the shoes to see how crazy they really are. The blue lightning bolts on the gray background looks impressive, as does the white Nike swoosh against the sky blue color. Even the zebra laces add a bit of flavor to the mix.
