Mita Sneakers x Realmad Hectic x New Balance MT580 Pack

Mita Sneakers x Realmad Hectic x New Balance MT580 Pack #1

Here’s another terrific New Balance collaboration. This time, they have joined up with Mita Sneakers and Realmad Hectic to create this MT580 in two nice colorways.

The shoes feature several different colors of nubuck, leather and other fabrics throughout. And though they are multi-colored, they aren’t loud. The colors that are used together are very muted and subtle.

The pair that is dominated in blue is my favorite. I particularly like the use of light purple in the inner lining. The other shoe features a white toe and toe box, along with brown, blue and other colors. The bright green NB logo near the heel really stands out nicely.

You can get these shoes at Mita beginning on April 19th. Via High Snobiety.

New Balance 574 - For Love or Money

New Balance 574 - For Love or Money

If you are a fan of New Balance 547’s, you might want to check out these kicks. These 547’s, which are known as the “For Love or Money” version, are extremely wild. Utilizing a host of different colors and textures, these shoes are sure to leave an impression.

The colorway features such colors as forest green, shiny pink and greenish gold. When you first look at the shoes, the first thing you notice is the shiny pink that stands out against the duller colors. The forest green is used the most throughout the shoe, and the color and texture really stands out when compared to the pink.

To be released on April 1st, you’re going to have to wait a couple more weeks before you can cop yourself a pair at Mita.

New Balance April 2008 Releases

New Balance April 2008 Releases

Here’s a sneak preview of some of the New Balance releases for April 2008.

These two styles include the M574M NG in a turquoise blue, white and black colorway and the M575J GG in more subtle tones. The M574 is highlighted by its woven upper. Many shoes are using woven materials these days. And though I don’t like it if it’s used allover, it looks nice here as it’s broken up by solid leather and suede.

The M575 is a steel grey shoe that is almost monochromatic, but not quite. It offers metallic highlights and some subtle green touches. Look for both of these shoes to hit the shelves by early April. Via HypeBeast.

New Balance M576E Limited Edition 20th Anniversary - Yellow/Black/Blue

New Balance M576E Limited Edition 20th Anniversary

This year is the 20th anniversary of the New Balance 576 model. To commemorate, New Balance continues to release new editions of the 576. The latest is the trio of M576E’s pictured above.

These modern looking shoes combine leather, mesh and other fabrics to create a sneaker that is bold without being too overwhleming. My favorite of the pack is the yellow version which features a bold contrast of black mixed with the bright yellow. They also have touches of red on the lace loops, tongue tab, heel and sole.

The others include a black colorway that is accented in grey and white, as well as blue colorway that incorporates both dark and bright blues.

You can get these right now at Mita.

PF Flyers Bob Cousy All-American

PF Flyers Bob Cousy All-American

Check out these new PF Flyers Bob Cousy All-American shoes that will be exclusively available at Conveyor @ Fred Segal in Santa Monica, California. These shoes will be released on February 7th between 5PM and 7PM at the store. The first 20 pairs will come with a signed Bob Cousy basketball card.

For those not in the know, Bob Cousy was a Celtics legend and the original point guard. He exhibited the skills that we now see out of all current point guards.

To say this shoe is old school would be an understatement. Currently made by New Balance, PF Flyers date all the way back to 1937. These specific shoes go back about 50 years. The color scheme of brown and turquoise give this shoe a classic look that makes them immediately identifiable as PF Flyers.

New Balance M574M Polka Dots Pack

New Balance M574M Polka Dots Pack

Here’s another interesting shoe from New Balance. This time, they feature polka dots!

The New Balance M574M Polka Dots Pack was just released in Japan. This pack features two colorways - black/gold and white/multi-color.

These shoes feature a mesh toe box and suede toe cap. Though I’m not a big fan of polka dots, the black verson is pretty sweet looking.

The black suede gives it a regal quality when combined with the gold dots and trim. I don’t like the white version much at all, but it has some nice details. The “new balance” on the heel is printed in the multi-colors used for the dots.

You can get these shoes write now at Atmos-Toyko.

New Balance CM576 20th Anniversary Limited Edition

New Balance CM576 20th Anniversary Limited Edition

Another CM576 20th Anniversary style has been released from New Balance. This white sneaker features premium leather with a filigree white embroidery all over the whole shoe.

On the back of the heel, “20th” is also embroidered in white. I love the subtly of the embroidery; it gives these shoes a very luxurious look. In stark contrast, the tongue and inner lining of these sneakers in a purple velvet fabric fit for royalty.

Overall, these sneakers have a very rich quality about them but they don’t have a very rich price tag. You can get these right now at Mita for just 18900 yen (about $167 USD).

The color combination on these shoes is very nice. The sneaker combines suede and leather in dark blue and fuschia to make up the majority of the shoe.
