Bapesta 88 Low
Back to BAPE, the Japanese company that made the classic looking “Bapesta Roadsta 16th” posted recently. If you like that one you’re going to like this one too, introducing the BAPESTA 88 Low, it comes in 4 colorways. It has a more sporty design with the base in white polyester like material and choices of brown/gold, red/gold, black/silver and navysilver leather overlays. The star and lightning logo is situated on the tip and the words ” a bathing ape” is embrossed on the white midsole with brown outersole. The selling price is at $190. So if you got the money, you get the honey!

Bathing Apes Roadsta 16th
BAPE, a Japanese clothing company founded in 1993. The name BAPE stands for “A Bathing Ape” from the film Planet of the Ape. The company specializes in urban wear from shirts, shoes and other accessories with celebrity clients like Pharell, T.I., Lil Wayne , Kanye West and many more. Here is one from their shoe line collection, “The Roadsta 16″, retailing at $212 dollars a pair. They’re available in different color combinations: like this “yellow camo” with blue vamp,yellow logo, yellow toe and heel cap,red collar and outer sole , pink quarter and tongue , also at the heel counter it has the flaming number 16 in white. It is mostly made in shiny synthetic leather material except for the rubber sole. No wonder these celebrities wear them. They just want to shine!

Pharrell Williams x Bape Croc-Skin SpongeBob Bapesta
2009 marks the 10th Anniversary of the cartoon show Spongebob Square pants and it seems Skateboard P- Pharrell Williams teamed up with Bape in production of these custom “Spongebob” Bapesta’s. Pharrell recently posted some mysterious pictures of himself wearing these Spongebob Bapestas on his blog. They have a striking resemblance to the 2008 version that Bathing Ape released. The sneaker sports a sophisticated yellow most likely real crocodile skin theme replacing the previously seen patent leather upper. It has a white midsole, a gum sole, and a picture of SpongeBob’s face by the heel.
Though not confirmed for a release, if these do ever make it into any kind of production, you can bet they’ll be limited. It takes a unique sense of style to pull off these kicks, think you can rock them?

A Bathing Ape – Skullsta
A Bathing Ape has created this new clean take on the BAPE Skullsta. These shoes differ slightly from the last release of the model with a couple small changes in the details.
The Skullsta features a beige rubber sole and toebox, along with a white upper. The star logo comes in five different colors – gold, silver, blue, black and white. You can get these shoes now at your local BAPE retailer. Via Hypebeast.

Supra Cruizer
With a futuristic look with its various colors, textures and patterns, the Supra Cruizer is sure to add a bit of flavor to your collection – without having to open up the wallet too much. Over at OneDist, you can purchase a pair of these sneakers for about $70.
Not only do these shoes look modern, at the same time they have an old school feel reminiscent of the some of the Jordans from the late 1980’s. The main colors on these shoes are black, grey and red. These Supras have a basketball feel but look built to handle the rigors of skating. Via Complex.

Bape Black Label Roadsta
Check out these kicks that will be released on June 21. These sneakers are part of the Black Label collection of all black shoes and apparel for A Bathing Ape. Bape has had a lot of slick releases in 2008 and this is another example.
The black-on-black color scheme works very well with the design of this shoe. Multiple shades and textures of black are used, including a bit of patent leather. The black-on-black star on the side of the shoe looks especially smooth. If you wanted to spice these kicks up, you could add colored laces. As is, these Bape sneakers should become one of the hottest shoes of the summer. Like the rest of the Black Label collection, these will only be available at Bapeclusive store in Aoyama, Japan for 16,590 Yen. Via Hypebeast.
