Nike has released this pair in honor of New York Yankee short stop Derek Jeter, who is their first non-basketball athlete.
The shoes sport a blac/white colorway instead of the Yankee’s Navy Blue and White, showing to us all that one doesn’t need to stick to conventions even when creating a reference item. The Bronx Bombers’
signature pinstripes on the underlay are kept, and the details are also enhanced by the lightning sharp touches of white on the black upper.

seen these sneakers in Times Square…couldn’t pass them up. Hottest shoe for the summer. Im from Boston and love the RED SOX, but this sneaker is worth the trouble ill get back home.
